What is the care staff-to-resident ratio at Roseleaf during daytime and nighttime hours?

Roseleaf is staffed based on resident needs and not numbers.  When there are many residents and many needs, the staffing is increased accordingly.  However, typically staffing is greater on 1^st and 2^nd shift (typically 1-8), and somewhat less during hours of sleep (typically 1-15).
